CCBA @ Walk It Off With The Y
Come stop by our CCBA booth at Walk it Off with the Y on Wednesday, August 19th. We will be there for Flower Power day to celebrate birds, butterflies, and other pollinators.
Walk It Off with the Y is a free, family-friendly summer walking series at Alton Baker Park. Come enjoy fresh air, movement and community as people of all ages and abilities gather to walk, roll or stroll together. Each week features a fun theme, simple all-ages activities and chances to win raffle prizes. Bring your friends, bring your family and take a joyful step toward wellness—together!
TIME: 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
WHO: Anyone and everyone—bring your family and friends!
COST: FREE — no Y membership required! Y members and non-members are all welcome to join. If you’re not a Y member, just create a free account to register for your first walk.
Program Meetings
Our monthly program meetings have something for everyone. During the last year we hosted programs by naturalists, wildlife artists and expert birders on a variety of topics from the birds of Hawaii, to ravens, wolves, and people, to the migration of red knots. Participating in a program meeting is a fun way to get involved with Coast to Cascades Bird Alliance. Meetings are free and open to all.
We are currently meeting on Zoom and in-person as conditions allow on the 4th Tuesday of each month between September and May at 7:00 p.m.
