3rd Saturday Birding March 21

This Birding Outing will be lead by Rachel Glaeser and Bryan Ribelin at Mount Pisgah Arboretum – meet near the Education Building, just south of the main parking lot. See linnk below or the calendar 

Parking – If you do not have a Lane County Parks pass, day passes can be purchased for $5 at the kiosk at the top of the parking lot near the trailhead for the summit trail. Arboretum members get a complimentary parking pass with their membership. Reminder to leave valuables at home, not in the car.

Restroom – Flush toilets are available near the parking lot

Trail conditions – Flat, gravel and bark mulch. Distance is 1 to 1.5 miles. Benches are available along the route.

Reminder to prepare for the natural conditions of the area. Bring water, appropriate hat, insect repellent, rain gear etc.  Walks are rain or shine.
